How does your garden grow?

Digg!
Today I thought I'd share some pictures of various beautiful tulips that have started to spring up around my yard.  Many of these planted over 5 years ago and they have come back up.
These beautiful red ones (I know they look more orange in this picture) were along my driveway.  Until yesterday when some fast four year old fingers finally couldn't resist and picked them.
This is one of two planters I've put at the end of my driveway. I put a small solar light in them so no one hits them backing out at night. I love this cheerful light apple green color.  These pots are 15 inches and were only $8 a piece at Wal Mart.  I hate it that big pots cost so much.  And, if I get lazy and don't put them away in the winter, I don't have to worry about them cracking like clay pots.

So, are you getting down and dirty in your yard?  What are you planting these days?

Love your tulips. I've never tried to grow them, but they sure are pretty.

Those are just beautiful! We just got hit with a snowstorm, so it's nice to see something of spring! My hostas and lillies are just starting to come up, so I hope they'll tough out this weather.
